Shipping & Exchange Policy

Orders

Once we receive your order, if the items ordered are in stock, we will pack and ship them in 1-2 days. Most orders on canvas are made to order by Dirk, and may take 3-5 days to print, frame and pack for shipping. Special order sizes and large pieces may take 5-10 days to print, frame and pack for shipping.

Having said that, if we are on the road, setting up at an Art Festival or on a photo shoot, we cannot begin to fulfill your order until we return home.

We will always let you know the approximate time frame for getting your order fulfilled and shipped.

Packing and Shipping

We pack the orders ourselves to ensure proper packing so that the artwork arrives to you safely.

Small items such as Notecards, Calendars and small photographs are usually shipped by U.S. Post. Larger pieces are shipped via UPS. If you have a preference please make a note on your order or contact us either by email or phone.

Exchange Policy

We hope you will be pleased and satisfied with your purchase. You may exchange your order by contacting us within 14 days of delivery of your order. The item returned must be undamaged and in the new condition it was sent. It must also be properly packed when being shipped back to us. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of the item to be exchanged and the item sent to replace it.

We currently do not offer refunds due to the nature of the art and the work that Dirk puts into producing it for you. We are a very small business and do not have the margins that corporate companies have.

Please contact us immediately if a package / order arrives damaged.
