It will be in the same outdoor location at the La Quinta Civic Center Campus. 200 artists from around the world make “mini-galleries” at this 4-day Art Show. The La Quinta Art Celebration has been named the #1 Art Festival in the U.S. by Art Fair Sourcebook.
